TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “BACK TO SCHOOL IS ALL ABOUT OXO” PRIZE DRAW”

1. ORGANISING BODY

The organisation Kaiju Entertainment SL, with tax registration number B93485449 and with its registered office at 3 Marea Baja Street, hereinafter, “OXO Museum Málaga” or the “Organiser”, is organising this promotional prize draw, entitled “Back to school is all about OXO”.

Entry into the prize draw implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. PURPOSE OF THE PRIZE DRAW

The aim of this initiative is to promote the School visits to the OXO Museum in Málaga and publicise the new educational worksheets for schools, designed to complement the pupils’ experience before and/or after their visit to the museum.

To mark the start of the 2026/2027 academic year, OXO Museo Málaga will be holding a prize draw a free school visit for a single class or school group.

3. PRIZE

The prize will consist of a free school trip to OXO Museum Malaga to:

  • Maximum of 30 pupils.
  • 2 accompanying teachers.

The prize is awarded to exclusively to a single class or group, with a maximum of 30 pupils and 2 teachers.

The prize may not be used for a full course, several classes, a programme, a complete educational level, or for a school or educational centre as a whole.

The prize value for the pupils’ entries amounts to 270 €, calculated on the basis of the current fee of €9 per pupil (including VAT).

Admission for the two teachers will be included in accordance with the conditions set out for school visits to the OXO Museum in Málaga.

The prize is personal and non-transferable, and It may not be exchanged for its monetary value or substituted for another prize or service, unless otherwise decided or in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control.

The visit must take place by prior booking and subject to availability of dates and times at OXO Museo Málaga.

The date of the visit will be agreed at a later date between the winner and OXO Museo Málaga via the email address provided when entering.

4. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE AND PARTICIPANTS

Individuals may take part in the prize draw aged 18 and over, who are resident in Spain, are teachers or members of the educational community, and who fully meet the requirements set out in these rules.

The participant must take part in their own name and may not take part on behalf of a minor.

Employees of OXO Museo Málaga, employees of companies belonging to the same business group, staff directly involved in organising the prize draw, and their immediate family members are not eligible to take part.

5. ENTRY PERIOD

The prize draw will run from 00:00 on 14 September 2026 up to the 23:59 on 28 September 2026, both days inclusive.

Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

6. PARTICIPATION PROCEDURES

To enter the prize draw correctly, you must meet the following requirements everyone the following requirements:

  1. Follow the official account of OXO Museo Málaga on Instagram: @oxomuseo.
  2. “Like” the post relating to the prize draw.
  3. Leave a comment on that post explaining Why your class deserves to win a school trip to the OXO Museum in Málaga.
  4. Share the giveaway post on your Instagram Stories and mention/tag @oxomuseo.

Participation will be free of charge.

Everyone will be able to take part just once.

The Organiser may exclude any entries it considers to be fraudulent, made using automated systems or fake profiles, or which fail to comply with these terms and conditions.

7. SELECTION OF THE WINNER

Once the entry period has ended, OXO Museo Málaga will hold a a random draw from all valid entries who have successfully met the specified requirements.

The following will be selected:

  • 1 winner.
  • 2 substitute players, which will be used in the event that the winner does not meet the requirements, cannot be contacted or declines the prize.

The winner will be notified via the official social media channels of OXO Museo Málaga and/or by private message on Instagram.

The date scheduled for the announcement of the winner will be 29 September 2026..

The winner will have 72 hours Please use this contact form to get in touch with OXO Museo Málaga and provide evidence that you meet the requirements.

Should no reply be received within the specified time limit, the Organiser may declare the entry void or contact the next reserve candidate, as appropriate.

8. VERIFICATION OF REQUIREMENTS

OXO Museo Málaga may ask the winner to provide the necessary information to verify that they meet the requirements set out in these terms and conditions and to ensure that the prize is awarded correctly.

In particular, you may request:

  • First name and surname.
  • Email.
  • Contact telephone number.
  • The educational institution to which it belongs.
  • Information required to organise the school visit.

The Organiser may verify that the participating account follows @oxomuseo and who has correctly followed the steps set out in the prize draw rules.

9. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REDEEMING THE PRIZE

The school visit must take place via advance booking via the email address provided for participation, and will be subject to the museum’s availability.

The winner should contact OXO Museo Málaga to arrange a date for the visit.

The prize consists solely of the tickets specified in these terms and conditions.

It does not include travel, transport, accommodation, meals or any other expenses that may arise from the visit.

The maximum number of participants will be 30 pupils + 2 teachers.

Under no circumstances will the number of pupils covered by the grant be increased.

10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Any personal data provided by the winner will be processed by Kaiju Entertainment SL, as the data controller, for the purpose of administering, verifying and awarding the prize, as well as organising the school visit.

The legal basis for this processing will be the management of participation and the award of the prize, as appropriate.

The data will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation, including the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.

The data subject may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and data portability, where applicable, by writing to:

Entry into the prize draw does not automatically imply consent to receive marketing communications.

Should OXO Museo Málaga wish to use the participant’s personal data to send marketing communications, it must obtain the relevant consent separately, freely and unambiguously.

11. ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER

The winner agrees that OXO Museo Málaga may publicly disclose their Instagram username on its social media profiles for the sole purpose of announcing the result of the prize draw.

Any further use of photographs, videos, the name, image or testimonials of the winner or of the pupils taking part in the visit will, where applicable, require the necessary authorisations.

12. INSTAGRAM’S LIABILITY

This prize draw It is not sponsored by, endorsed by, managed by or affiliated in any way with Instagram.

The participant releases Instagram from any liability arising from the organisation and running of this prize draw.

The data and information provided by participants will be processed by the organising body and not by Instagram.

13. FRAUD AND IRREGULAR SHAREHOLDINGS

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from the prize draw any entries that:

  • Fail to comply with any of the conditions set out in these terms and conditions.
  • They use fake or fraudulent profiles.
  • Please use automated systems to take part.
  • Show signs of tampering or fraud.
  • Contain offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content, or content that contravenes Instagram’s guidelines.

Should any fraudulent entry be detected after the winner has been announced, the Organiser may withdraw the prize and award it to an alternate winner.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Entry into the prize draw implies express and full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.

Failure to comply with any of the conditions set out may result in exclusion from the competition and, where applicable, forfeiture of the prize.

15. AMENDMENT OR CANCELLATION

OXO Museo Málaga reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or cancel this prize draw in the event of force majeure or other justified reasons that prevent it from running properly, and undertakes to communicate any changes via the same channels used to publicise the promotion.

16. APPLICABLE LAW

This prize draw shall be governed by the applicable Spanish legislation.

In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions, the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under current legislation shall have jurisdiction.
