RAFFLE RULES

“WIN A COMPLETE LEGO® POKÉMON™ SET!”

1. Organiser of the Draw

The raffle is organised by OXO Museo del Videojuego Málaga, Plaza del Siglo, 2, 29015, Málaga, in collaboration with the LEGO Group. 

2. Period of Participation 

The participation period will be from the date of publication of the draw (29 April 2026) until 24 May 2026 at 23:59 hours (Spanish peninsular time).
The winner will be announced on 26 May 2026 on the official social networks of OXO Museo del Videojuego Málaga.

3. Eligibility Requirements

All persons who meet the following requirements are eligible to participate in the draw:

  • Be of legal age or have the express consent of a legal guardian if you are a minor.

  • Residence in Spain (mainland Spain, excluding the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

  • Upload a story from the LEGO® Gaming: The Exhibition at OXO Museo Málaga and tag @oxomuseo and @legospain_official.

  • Follow @oxomuseo and @legospain_official on Instagram.

4. Prize

The prize consists of a set of LEGO® Pokemon® products.™ valued at 959,99€.

  • Pikachu and Poké Ball #72152 PVP.R: 199,99€.
  • Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise#72153 PVP.R: 649,99€.
  • Eevee #72151 PVP.R: 59,99€
  • Mini Pokemon Center #40911 PVP.R: 19,99€
  • Kanto Region Medal Collection #40892 PVP.R: 29,99€

 The prize is unique, personal and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

5. Selection of the Winner

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible participants. The selection will take place on 26 May 2026.

6. Announcement and Award Ceremony

  • The winner will be contacted by email and their name will be announced on OXO Museo del Videojuego Málaga's social networks.

  • If no response is received within 7 calendar days, a new winner will be selected.

  • The prize must be collected at OXO Museo del Videojuego Málaga or an alternative method of delivery must be agreed with the organisers.

6.1 Prizes awarded as a result of participation in games, raffles or random combinations, whether or not they are linked to the offer, promotion or sale of certain goods, products or services, are subject to Personal Income Tax. 

In accordance with the regulations in force*, when the value of the prize is equal to or greater than €300, the organiser will make the corresponding withholding or payment on account on behalf of the winner. 

*Law 35/2006 of 28 November, Chapter II, Section 4, which regulates Capital Gains and Losses, and Articles 74 to 76 of the Personal Income Tax Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 439/2007, which regulate the income subject to withholding or payment on account and those obliged to make withholdings or payments on account, specifically Article 75.3.f) of the Personal Income Tax Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 439/2007. 

In order for the prize to be delivered by the ORGANISER, the winner must previously sign a letter of acceptance of the prize, authorising the ORGANISER to make the corresponding withholding and payment on account on his or her behalf, as required by the legal provisions in force. 

For this purpose, the winner must provide the ORGANISER, within a maximum period of 3 calendar days after being requested to do so, all personal and tax data requested by the ORGANISER, as well as a photocopy of the ID card, so that the ORGANISER can carry out the payment of this withholding, otherwise, it will be understood that the winner renounces the prize. 

7. Exclusions and Fraud

  • Employees of OXO Museo del Videojuego, employees of the companies collaborating in the prize draw, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  • OXO Museo del Videojuego Málaga reserves the right to exclude any participant who uses fake profiles, bots or any fraudulent practices.

8. Data Protection

The personal data provided by participants will be processed by OXO Museo del Videojuego Málaga solely for the purpose of managing the participation in the prize draw and the delivery of the prize. The current regulations on personal data protection (General Data Protection Regulation - RGPD and national regulations) will be applied.

9. Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in this prize draw implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
 OXO Museo del Videojuego Málaga reserves the right to modify the rules at any time or to suspend the draw for reasons beyond its control.

10. Responsibility

OXO Museo del Videojuego Málaga is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from participation in the prize draw or the use of the prize.
